The Board of Directors is the main governing body of the Halcyon Model United Nations conference. They are responsible for the planning and execution of both the COP and flagship MUN conferences in partnership with student officers, teachers, and the MUN club. The Board of Directors sees new additions on a yearly basis, with a constant rotation of assistants and apprentices. We proudly share that our conference is entirely student-led.

The Secretary-General work with all parts of the Board of Directors and overview the organisation of the conference. 

Deputy Secretary-General

Director of Public Relations

PR works with all external relations, including managing the website and social media accounts. 

Heads of Logistics

AMELIE VOWLES-COPLEY

Logistics deals with all booking, scheduling, and other organization prevalent to the conference.

Director of Academics

Anton Tomakhov

Academics prepare the research reports and select and prepare the chairs.

Head of Administration

The Head of Administration is responsible for organising Student Officers & other related affairs.

Administrative Assistants

Administrative Assistants are responsible for any miscellaneous tasks which do not pertain to any specific role.
