The Delegate Handbook is an important resource for all Delegates. The HLISMUN organization strongly advises all visiting students, MUN Directors, and Student Officers to at least briefly familiarize themselves with the content outlined, as it is possible that there may be deviations in debate/rules of procedure to previous years or similar conferences.
